It explains from now on why “this right of access only enables us technically to manage, post and manage our services. You must make sure that you have the rights necessary to guarantee this access to us ".
Translation: this right of access is equivalent in fact to a licence which is necessary to make function the service (authorization to divide, modify, handle the files). In short, this licence would allow simply the management of the service. Remain that certain estimate it still exaggerated.
